Update, Mazda Miata MX-5

Well the Mazda should be outa the shop tomorrow, the paint is just finishing up drying on the bumpers and skirts so i snapped a couple pictures of her before they finish up.

The new carbon tails i got for her, led in a '91 no way lol.

I'll post some more updates as it comes outa the shop tomorrow. The wheels should be showing up for it on thursday and were doing the audio the same night so expect a lot more pictures on Friday perhaps. Should look pretty good finished.

Re: Update, Mazda Miata MX-5

Rims came in today, heres a few pictures of them, they are 17" Drag DR11 Rims. Wrap with Kumho Ecsta MX tires.

Car is now outa the body shop and looks great, only imperfection is the rear bumper is a tad to big resulting in minor gaps on the edges of the rear bumper, i'll seek professional help from a few companys and locals on what the best thing to do. Pictures should be up tomorrow, i wanna clean her up some. =)

Those are gonna look good on that car.

I must say, I like miata's, but I cant drive one. The upper edge of the windshield is RIGHT at eye level for me, even on the newer ones.

I had a 6'8" friend who liked to borrow my old MGB. He look hilarious in it, sort of like a clown car. His entire head was above the windshield when he drove.

Re: Update, Mazda Miata MX-5

My dad used to have an old 72 FIAT Spider. I remember that if I let my left arm hang out the window I would have to be careful not to touch the ground while driving. Felt like a go kart. Was a fun little car to cruise around on the island. Too bad it didnt hold up to salt air that well and the engine had all sorts of problems.
