1999 Black V6 MTX Cougar - new eng/tranny

I am a college student and have run into some financial troubles and am unable to afford a car any longer. My mods are as follows:
- replaced 2.5 L engine, has only 60K *updated miles
- New Transmission w/ 20k *updated miles
- AEM Air intake
- Dual Borla Exhaust
- Hi-flow cat
- Weapon R Headers
- Hyper Ground kit
- New Shift knob (pull-up knob to get into reverse removed)
- Solid Motor Mounts
- New upgraded clutch (don't remember which)
- Carbon Fiber Rear light covers *Removed due to wear and tear but still included - could be sanded and painted black
- Carbon Fiber hood
- BRAND NEW Motegi 17" BLACK DV5 Rims with Nitto tires
- Lowered 1.2"
- BRAND NEW Drilled and Slotted Rotors - not installed yet
- Silver Center and Lower Grills (front)
- Unorthodox Racing underdrive Pulley
AUDIO
- Alpine Deck with Direct RCA connection for Ipod or satelite radio
- Infinity 7541A 4 Channel amp - Custom intrunk installation w/ carpeting
- 4 Infinity 680.7CS (Component Speakers)

The Car has been carefully maintained and is up to date with all of it's scheduled maintaince. The Audio System is one month old and was $1600. My mods in total (not including the engine, transmission, and audio equipment) cost almost $4000. Kelley Blue Book lists my car at $5700 for good condition. thanks man! I'm definitely going to miss it But I dont have a job anymore and my parents arent going to help me with payments or insurance...and I don't plan to drop out of UVa anytime soon...so I dont have a choice :-(

I'd rather not part it out. I am trying to sell as-is. The only thing negotiable as of right now is the audio system.

Bump for a college student in need of money.

I have been there man, it sucks to have to sell your car (I had to sell my black '99 Cougar due to college/money issues.) Even though it sucks to have to do, just remember that a college education > car.
