I am missing the original TV antennas that attached to the windshield, but they never really worked great anyway.
I am INCLUDING an XM radio module and antenna for it (cost about 100 extra).
The GPS module was an add-on that I never purchased.
Everything needed for iPod/iPhone connection comes with it.
Another member (soldier, maybe?) had a very similar model installed in his Cougar...so it WILL fit, but being a flip out unit it will have to sit at a weird angle against the HVAC controls, unless you build something to hold it farther out of the dash. I make no promises on fitment in a Cougar. This takes up a single DIN in a dash. If you're putting it into an 04-08 F150, I'll include the dash harness and install kit.
You don't have to have it extended out of the dash to use it.
The bad: I've had trouble with the CD/DVD player reading discs lately. It could be dirty, it could be dead. You're buying it as-is. The LH knob fell off several years ago. It was only used for tuning radio stations, and those functions can be done via the touchscreen or remote.
The XM radio and iPod control work fantastic.
Ships in original box with all cables and harnesses, remote, and the XM unit with antenna. Asking $100 shipped in the US...paypal only.
Re: FS: Jensen in dash CD/DVD/iPod/XM headunit...cheap!
Yup. You can use built-in power as well.
firstname.lastname@example.org is my paypal if you want it. I'll can ship today. It will be shipped FedEx, and I'll PM you the tracking number when I have it.
Just a possible tip for the CD/DVD problem - a friend of mine had a similar unit (but made by a different company) with the same problem and he ended up fixing it by cleaning the rollers that load in the disc. Not sure if this will help, but wanted to let you know.
