Nightly Backups! 1AM PST to ?AM PST
The forums are being backed up nightly now. The process was just tested and it took roughly 45 minutes to back everything up and dump it via FTP to a remote server. Obviously, as the forums grow, this time will increase. However, I have the process scheduled to start at 1AM PST/4AM EST, so most will not notice. However, if you are trying to browse the forums during this time, you will get a HTTP 404 error. Going to the homepage, you will notice that there is a Plesk default page instead of the current hompage. Don't be alarmed ... the site is "shut down" during backup.
