I got a strange PM last night. Seems like somebody might be trying to get personal info from NECO members:

It's African based for sure:

IP traces to Sterling VA of all places, but that's just the NOC of their US operations.
DNS Stuff: DNS tools, DNS hosting tests, WHOIS, traceroute, ping, and other network and domain name tools.

Since their IP is based in the US, I'm pretty sure that a complaint to their NOC could result in a resolution, but I suspect not since they probably pay their bills and let's face it ... that's more important

One thing I have noticed about these guys is that they don't post, they predicate through PM. I'll be making a policy changed based on that fact shortly
