Question/comment regarding the notice about Predator's raffle

Not trying to start anything here, but I do think this is a reasonable question - why was there never a notice and link to the raffles for Cougarfest at the top of the forum?

Because "Notices" are something new to the message board backend system as of 7.5.x

As for why it was never up there ... because I never had a need to make a "notice" until recently and as such, the organizers of the raffles for CougarFest never knew to ask. There is always next year
