Hi!!

Im new to the forum and fairly new to driving but i just got a 2000 mercury cougar v6 and i was wondering my dad and uncle want to help me boost my cars hp and torque and some other stuff we were looking into it and saw that the vortech supercharger is a good add on to help quite a bit i have the 2.5l duratec and i was wondering if any one knows a good price for the V-9 version of vortecs supercharger because we heard its pretty nice soo if any one knows any where we could get one it would be alot of help thanks

also if any one recomends any other parts that would help to

The Vortec kit has been out of porduction for some time now. Your best bet is to keep an eye on places such as EBAY, Ford Contour Enthusiasts Group , and the for sale forums here.

Even better idea would be to check out 3L Duratec. It is run by our own forum member here named Blackcoog. You can check out his kit at that site as well as some pictured he's posted in this section. Good luck and welcome to NECO. Any questions you may have on the kit have more than likely been answered..I'd check his thread.

might want to build a engine/tranny drivetrain to handle boost....or at least have one you are building for when u blow the stock 2.5 and diff out lol
