Did someone saw that new nautilus performance non-cooled turbo kit ?

Beside injectors / intercooler / tune they offer everything for approx 2K$

Re: New Non-cooled turbo kit

Yeah its actualy not that new its been available for a few months now a very nice kit but yeah the down side is that it doesnt come with injectors. Thier kits are nice but they only offer the 38mm waste gates and they are going to leak at some point in there life there for im getting it modified to a 44mm V-Band tial waste gate

Lightning Motorsports - TiAL 38mm Wastegate Gasket - NEW DESIGN ! -
I carry these same gaskets if you are worried about blow-outs I had zero blow-out since the kit does not move like others now the ADC kit I had more blow-out till I bought the metal gaskets plus you must torq down the bolts real tight and then start it and retorq them again. The problem with 44mm is that you don't have the room and if you are running over 500whp no need for it period remember I ran the 38mm over 400whp with no issues and I am goingo to break 500whp with one too. Re: New Non-cooled turbo kit

And ive actualy decided that im going with the intercooled kit cause i need the injectors and there is a pipe that goes through the unibody frame and over the turbo that the BOV mounts to that i need. I have the rest of the piping set up tho.

Re: New Non-cooled turbo kit

Is there much if any of a wait fo ur turbo kits? another question is i see your dyno charts start at 3000rpm but what rpms does the turbo start actualy boosting or is that when it starts boosting? Also i would email but it doesnt seem to work.. Does your kits come with the EGR off kit like the cap for the intake manifold and the cap for on the header?

Re: New Non-cooled turbo kit

Also you should offer different bar(psi) rated springs for the waste gate when buying the kit or offer them as a completely seperate item like you do with the headers Also the BOV for 300-350hp kit is it the Turbo XS-H or Turbo XS-H (RFL)

Thanks

Re: New Non-cooled turbo kit

I'm running a TiAL 38mm with the "metal ring" gasket and have had 0 issues thus far.

I have 3.5/7.25/8.0/15 psi springs in stock it is no extra cost just the choice plus the 300-350whp it is a must to have the 35mm BOV I have two choices the ported XS-H or the XS RFL at just a extra charge at $75 more than the type-s. We utilize the EGR connection all I have to do is turn it off in the tune and it will not open or I weld it shut if they ask. Joey
