hey guys and gals where or how did everybody get there ecm to work with a turbo or supercharger?

Almost ALL of us use an XCal2 (see SCTFlash.com for details) and get the tunes from Tom @ Nautilus Performance Group. Nautilus also sells XCal2's, so you can get the XCal2 and tune for a fairly good price.
