Air temp & pressure logging?

Before anyone says to use an XCal2 or OBD-II logger, I must define the problem. The time has come that I want to do some independent data logging of the car's systems and concentrate on one particular area ... the intercooler. My intercooler piping is SS, so I can weld in sensor "bungs" without a problem. The idea is to place a temp sensor AND a pressure sensor both pre and post intercooler to test it's effeciency in both temp drop and pressure drop. Only question is, does anyone know where I can get a 4 channel datalogger, 2 theromistors & 2 pressure probes?

I'm looking for something like this, but with the sensors: Velleman 4 Channel Recorder/Logger
