Forced Induction Timing/fuel/tuning

What are the base/max timing degrees for 2.5L duratecs?

What have other forced induction duratecs ran for base timing.

Has anyone locked their timing in so it cannot be advanced or retarded by the computer?

The reason for the q's is I finally ran at the track and am looking to start tuning and data logging. Wanting to compare what timing im showing with someone else on the board.
