When I purchased the car nearly 5 years ago, it had a bra on it hiding front bumper and fender damage

Two 1/4 panels and a front bumper only set me back $200 when I got them, so no big deal. If I where keeping the car, I would be painting it matte black and would probably also matte black the current 17's as well + limo tint = hotness!

Video is uploading, but rather disappointing. The car's brakes just are not up to the job of short track duty. There just isn't enough cool off time between brake events on this type of track. Combine the brake fade with a heat soaked engine that never had a chance to cool and I was in the pits after two laps.

However, Kevin can chime in and give you guys an impression of how the car handles compared to his 3L Turbo as we left the track and got lunch. On the way to lunch, I somehow managed to blow a spark plug shut. Yes, you read that right ... I blew a spark plug shut.

On our way to lunch, we got into the boost MANY times and the car would start to climb from around 215-220 to 230. The heating issue is still present, but only if you really push the car multiple time in a row without a chance for much cooldown time. So, after letting the car cool a little, I really got on it to show Kevin it's potential and then something weird happened ... the car started to miss really bad. At low RPM's after that, the car would noticeably stumble. Turns out that I somehow manage to close a spark plug ... odd! So, we get to the track after lunch and pull the spark plugs and discovered the source of the stumble.

In all, a very educational day and watching the other track events was a blast! However, I still have a little bit of work ahead of me with the car's cooling issue ... shroud design coming 4th of July weekend as I will be on business travel next weekend.

too bad he wants to sell it. but i think he already had those plans for the suspension and brakes if he decided to keep the car.
