Not necessarily. You have to remember he needs to start boosting earlier because he has 8.5:1 pistons. That just isn't happening on a .82+ housing.

great job on the welding and keeping the flow smooth on the bends. I am sure you will do some really good numbers and the turbo will be a monster when it starts getting in its efficiency range @ 15 psi All that really matters is that you have the pride and joy of saying you built a bad azz kit and I hope to see that kit in person one day when you show it off at some big meet. Yep!

I'm planning on doing a nice picture spread soon. This thing is cool as hell for a little turbo car right out the box.

Reminicent of my 3L Contour with the 4psi spring in the wastegate.

Re: Project: Mavro Gato (56K ... Get a cup of coffee)

Well, I have had to get creative on the up-pipe routing ... I have something really cool figured out, but I need it stop raining so I can get back to work. It's been raining here for like 72 hours straight (light drizzle). I haven't touched the car since Sunday around 7:45PM. I need to mount the up-pipe so I can figure out how to reroute the pipes. I spent about 2 hours in the garage last night going over it in my head and cutting some pipes ... I'm getting close. The plan is to spend all day Saturday or Sunday working on getting the turbo mounted and the down-pipe configured and installed.
