Re: Interest in Supercharger setup
ok yeah thats true, but at least that gives me a shot of making that type of power. I mean pretty much anything is possible if you have the time and money. Most likely with just the 3.0L and the supercharger I'd be close to 300 hp most likely then theres still other stuff to be done.

Re: Interest in Supercharger setup
Ok very true, but i was thinking more along the lines of a mostly stock gt which is what about 275 hp, but yeah if its a 400 HP FWD cougar lined up against a 400 HP RWD Mustang, than hes probably got me off the line, but what it really depends on is the driver

Re: Interest in Supercharger setup
... i think what he's getting at is putting 400whp thru a fwd car just smokes the tyres. No traction is to be had. We, as a forum..need to put our heads together and sort out an AWD setup....then the Mustang has problems !! G.

Re: Interest in Supercharger setup
That would be freakin sweet if we could come up with an AWD set-up, then I could drive my cougar year round, although it would still probably be garage kept during the winter. Thats why I have my taurus, thing runs like a champ in the snow lol

i don't want a supercharger. however, i do have a strong intrest if you could make a twin turbo set up for under $2500.

Re: Interest in Supercharger setup
I love the look of your kit and the fact that I can keep my current headers and my battery up front. I was hoping to hear some testimonials of some other people besides you that has the kit installed. I was hoping to see if there is anyone who has the kit on a daily driver, other pics etc.
