Added the intercooler and a stainless oil line to the car yesterday. The overall boost dropped form 10-11psi to about 6psi so I'm guessing the intercooler I have is over it's limit for CFM. Even after back to back boosted runs the intake pipe stays cool to the touch so it is working.

Man One thing I love about the cougar club is you can see one shop who just produced a turbo kit that is at a good price also help out with the design of another shop's S/C kit.
I can't wait till it come out and Im glad that you are not rushing through this and making sure that everything is up to sunb
