    How did you do that? My intake manifold is the stock one and I want to paint/Polish it, how would I go about that?

    Well you can do like alot of people and sand it down going finer and finer until you get a mirror finish or you can pay the dude across town to do it for you

    What grit sandpaper would I use and how much would I want to take off?

    Your not taking off alot. Just the stuff left over from casting it and taking the rough texture off
