i apologise for bein a bit of a noob on this sight. i mostly hang out over at teamneco.com but not to many of them are from NY. i was wonderin how i become part of this "empire neco"???

All that you really have to do is join in the posting (which there is barely any nowadays) and try to show up to the occasional meet. So, you can claim that you're in Empire NECO right now.

Man, I haven't been to Team NECO in forever, but I was there when it first started.
