Gutting pre-cats

im finally gettin a high flow cat put on first thing in the mornin but i also wanna gut my pre-cats i saw the how-to and it looked like engine work i might actually be able to do myself without payin a bunch of money. Has anyone else here done this? Do you guys think maybe one day someone will be able to help me? at the meet you guys were talkin about modding meets or sumthin like that when you work on the cars...that would be great!

Thejoelercoaster has done it before. He mentioned that you need to get a mask of somesort because if you inhale the stuff inside your cats, you could cause serious damage to your lungs. Doing this at a mod meet would be perfect.

that would be great can't wait! i got the high flow cat put on there and now it's really loud! and i can actually feel a lil power gain. i wasnt really expectin the gain just wanted it loud but i love it!

i would keep the stock cat u really are not going to tell that much of a diff and let me know when the next meet is guys (i am trying to get a house so i am busy as hell)

it is kool it don't cost anything other then gas money i only got for one day my gf's mom has a condo down there
