I was stopped at a light on Baltimore Pike in PA and diagonal from me i saw a green Cougar with what i think was the Visteon rear valance and it looked like an aftermarket front bumper by how low it looked but i couldnt really see because i was in the turning lane. Also had 15" fan blades. Just wondering if it was anyone here.
