    Paypal Fees

Does anyone know how the Paypal fees work? Checking their website it shows the fee for receiving payment is 2.9% + $.30. My main question is how on the raffle page does it show that payments from 3 people were charged no fees - what is different with their accounts from most?? It'd be nice if all/most of us could do the same with our accounts and earn about $50 more for each raffle.

    Eric-

Been there, read that - it shows personal accounts can receive free -- but can't receive credit card payments, so I assume that the account is a premier/business account which shows that there should be fees for all payments received.

Or am I just totally missing something??

The difference in fee amounts have to do with a foreign account vs. a domestic account. Also, no fees are taken out of an "eCheck" transaction until the transaction has fully cleared.
