    fun Idea for fest

So everybody loves how to's and learning. If I don't have to change my o2 sensors before fest and can get by with just a MAF I was thinking of buying both O2 sensors, 4 rotors and pads, plugs, and wires and though what a perfect way for lots of people to learn at once..

what do you guys think? I'll even do the work if somebody will tell me what to do. LOL

if I have enough money I may even buy shocks and struts all around and do just a total rebuild.

sound feasible? maybe do it thursday or some day when there aren't alot of activities planned? its all things that are going to have to be replaced this summer

Also, there should be a "how-to" on how to check to see if you're a gold/platinum member before freaking out about a corporate takeover ruining the forum with ad's

But yes, and the car maintenance mods too I'm sure people would love to sit in their chairs and yell obscenities......err, "directions" at you
It would be nice if there was an "open-house", where anyone with parts and tools can drive to a marked off section in the parking lot and get help from the experts.

Rotors and pads - really easy, no big deal
O2 sensors - they could be done as well, downstream are easy, upstream kind of a pain on the rear bank (easier with O2 sensor sockets)
Plugs/wires - people helped Heather change her's this last CF, not a big deal
Struts - it's been done before, rears are real easy, fronts are easy if lowered a bit trickier if stock
    Just because I don't care doesn't mean I don't understand.

You'll notice it ended up in Columbus the year after you said that, right? 'Cause I can't have my baby in pieces in another state.

And I've learned that O2 sensors are a heck of a lot easier to remove if you just decide from the outset you're replacing it, not swapping it, and breaking the darn thing off so you can use real sockets and wrenches on the hex portion.

The was me!! The newb, helped change the plugs and wires in Heathers car last year. I would definitely be willing to do this again, I'll just make sure to bring the right tools and stuff this time, even though enough people had tools that I was able to manage it last year. Definitely a possibility, there are alot of people that work on their cars in the parking lot, its a learning experience for everyone!

Since my house is about a 15-minute drive from the hotel, I can bring whatever. Need air tools? My compressor fits in the Cougar
