I used plastx
was very satisfied, but tape off a plastic bag over the bumper and fender or something and use a powered buffer. I tried doing it by hand but trying to apply appropriate pressure over time gets VERY tiring...

my headlights are dirty inside and i broguht it to a place and they said they only clean the outsides. i bought stuff to clean them but does anyone know how i can take it apart? do i have to cut through the seal in the front?

here try this i bought it at advance auto parts for $19.99 it works my buddy used it as well..........

if you need to take apart your headlight, just search for a thread on how to paint you headlights, and it will tell you in that thread, how to take apart your headlights. it's pretty simple too.
