So I didnt get much accomplished last night because Echoman decided to stop by and drink all my beer. I did bring in some of the sound deadening material to work to weigh.

it doesnt add up to much.

The material that covers the rear seats weights a grand total of 2 pounds. The stuff on the floor in front of the rear seats is a whopping 1.75 pounds.

The transmission tunnel material should tally up to...

So last night I managed to remove the sound deadening material off the top of the transmittion tunnel. Went alot easier than I was expecting and only took about 2 hours to strip the material off [still need to remove the residue]

So the cougar is most definitely down for the winter. Alot of work ahead [will detail later].

Currently the interior is completely stripped sans the dash. Last night I finally managed to get the carpeting pulled which was alot easier than I was expecting. Turns out I do have some standing water in the bottom of the car, most likely a result of my subframe connectors, it wasnt bad and there is absolutely no signs of rust so thats a positive.
