Viper 791 XV Remote LED
Hey, i've been reading the boards because i want to change my interior led's to blue and i got this idea of changing the color of my remote led. Right now it is orange. I know there has to be someone else that has either this alarm or the 790, so is there any way of changing the led in the remote? I coulnd't figure out how to open it?

I am looking into getting that alarm as well. The orange light is my only complaint. I'm sure there is a way, take it apart and scope it out.

Thats the thing, i can't figure out how to take it apart, and i dont want to wrench on it because a replacement remote is like $120 everywhere i've looked.

New remotes can be had for about $70.
But I still dont blame you for not wanting to break it open. Is the blue light really worth $70? Even then it might not be doable. I will give it a shot when I get mine installed.
