    Low Headlight Beam Not Working

Good day fellow Cougar owners. I'm looking for any suggestions you all may have. You see a few months ago I installed an HID Headlight kit on my 2002 Cougar. I lost the low beam on the drivers side. The passenger side works fine as well as the high beams. I was not sure what the problem might be so I purchased a new low beam bulb which did not help the issue. Today I plugged an original bulb into the harness and that did not work. I don't believe it's the fuse because the passenger side low beam works as well as the high beam on both sides. I tried pulling all the plugs and plugging them back in but that did not change a thing. Any suggestions would be most appreciated. Thank, you in advance.
