9005 is what goes in our HIGH beams...9006 are the low beams...

Re: Hid's

Whats with people getting the 10k kits? You can't see crap with them, they're so blue. Anything more than 6k is too blue IMO, you really lose light output. When I get HID's I'm getting the 5000k kit.

BTW, how would it work if I also got HID's for the highs? I do a lot of night driving (especially if I move up north outside the city) and would like the best night visibility possible. Especially if the kits from VVME are less than $100, it would seem worth it to me.

Highs basically become useless wit the HID kits. They are plenty bright IMO. If you do decide to upgrade your high beams be sure not to flash people. They're not made for that quick on off. You'll end up messing up your ballasts.

Re: Hid's

my boy got them in high and low beams and it is so freaken bright thats it is worse than flashing the regular highs, its like looking into the sun,im gonna get a set for my high's and fogs as soon as i get the money. hid's are the best investment beside tires and brakes, what good is speed if you cant See
