I have 10K HIDs, just plug and play.. bought them 3 yrs ago and never had a prob.

- Hood is popped in the pic, and the lights are a lot more blue then the pic makes them out to be.

Yeah, I just had to buy another set. I lost one little metal balast clamp, so now I cant return the bad set I have! Sux!

My experience with a Xentec HID kit.

They are still working great. The high beams still work because you are only replacing your low beam lights.

Just a warning, installing HIDs is illegal. But the police are unlikely to know that Cougars did not come with OEM HIDs.

I bought the 8000k HID kit from VVME and some low beam xenon like bulbs. For the fog lights what would I need to do to match the look of the 8000K HID high beam and the 8000k low beam bulbs?

Thanks guys/girls. I ordered my kit threw VVME for $68.99. They have been shipped out from china the other day so I'll probably get them Monday or Tuesday I hope. I ordered the 6000K kit.

click here for HIDS for the fogs

I have been eyeing this place for HID fogs, since it is a lifetime replacement for the bulbs. i think they are for 99-00. since i know they are the H3 bulbs , not 100% sure on the 01-02 fogs.

I replaced my entire projector with ones from a audi rs6. the plugs swapped perfectly, no re wiring . i am going to be swapping them to my ausi's when i get home, i will post pics of those when i get them.

this is where i got my LED bulbs for all my other bulbs (ie. brake, turn signal, PL)superbright leds
here are ones of my HIDS
