Are these ok for my Coog?

Well I ordered HIDs, but I accidentally ordered an H10 kit instead of a 9006 kit. After all this, they sent me a 9005 kit. But thats cool, I'm adaptible. I'm pretty sure 9005 are the high beams so I'll just install those. But after one F-up, I wanna make sure that these won't make my car explode. Here's what I have:
HID VVME-L35K
Bulb type: 35W
V in 9-16V
V norm 13.2V
I in max 10A
I norm 3.2A
P out 35W
T case -40 C - +105 C

This OK for my high beams?
