need help choosing sub

ok i have a pioneer amp that puts out about 250 rms nothin huge... but any way i want just a single sub ported or sealed i cant decide but came up with a few choices but if anybody else would recommend sumthin else feel free persuade me here is what im lookin at i dont wanna buy a box but rather have a perectly tuned one from the factory for the sub ya know lookin to spend around $100-$150

you don,t say what size but check out rockford fosgale p2 punch. i have two 12 in a ported boxes sound great.

well i guess i'll just have to get the meatball sub then.... how much power should i push to it when it comes out my *ss 2 or 3 grunts?

Have you checked out Power Acoustik, they have some great quality products for pretty cheap.

There's a powered 10" sub from one of the dealers they list for like $129.99.

I single Orion XTR3, cost should be ~$80 for a 12" and will be perfectly suited to that power level. Don't buy into the hype from the web, there are truely very few quality subs out there, and with a single sub setup you'll want to spend the money on something that will last you and still sound good.
