Added factory cruise control

Finally got my cruise control working yesterday on my 99' that didn't come with the convenience package. Here's a list of parts I needed to get to finish the swap:

1. Cruise Servo (and mount), cable, and TB bracket for under the hood.
2. New Clutch pedal switch under the column (red; original had two prongs, new one has four) I'm not sure if this was required but it came with the Ford Cruise control "kit" I bought on ebay.
3. New Brake pedal switch under the column (green). My car didn't have one.
4. New wiring under the column for all the sensors, I'm not sure if the original would have been compatible with the new switches or not, but mine was damaged and again, the cable came with the Ford kit.
5. Steering wheel with cruise control buttons. The kit came with mounting plates I could have attached to my old steering wheel but I chose to buy a used steering wheel that had the mounting plates built in. I also used the new switches out of the kit.

I'll have to find the Ford part number for the cruise control kit in case anyone is interested later. Overall it was pretty easy, just time consuming when I couldn't figure out what I was missing. I also have a bunch of parts left over from the kit that I will probably put up FS in the next few days.

Either way I'm excited to have cruise now as I do a lot of highway driving

As I recall, it pops on, then rotates 90 degrees or something like that.

also note that removing your cruise control, that you will lose function of your horn.... unless you get the cruise control delete cap from someone else [or short pins 1 and 5]

+1 to most useless feature.... thats what the speed governor is for.

I know in Chicago you can drive around at top speed all day, but here we have traffic!

Can we get a pic of that delete cap? Never knew that you lost the horn function... mine is deleted, too, but I haven't got the car back together yet, so...
