Hello hello everyone! Im finally able to post and say hello :)... I recently purchased a 2000 cougar from an auto auction, it was an amazing deal on the car... It has minor problems that i know of, but im gonna attempt to fix... Anyway, its a v6, auto, Sorry i know its not AMAZING cuz it isnt stick, but whatever i like it none the less... So far the car has a k&n intake(which actually may be causing the big problem), and some ricer exhaust which im getting rid of in the near future most likely for a dual exhaust system. I wanna do more work to the car, but quite frankly, im inempt when it comes to car ****.... Give me a computer and i can fix it without a 2nd thought, cars... NOT so much... But im tryin to learn.... Thats why ive spent the last couple weeks reading basicly every thread i could lol... even got me into minor trouble with the girlfriend :)
The minor mods are starting this sunday, im havin my autostart put in, and im changing all the interiior speakers and changing the head unit... Stock speakers seem to be horrific... Anyway, its an honor to finally be able to post :) And i look foward to chatting with all of you guys... Just exscuse the noob in me :)

Welcome....Glad we got you were you can also post. It sounds like you are ahead of other people (by reading posts for the last few weeks)
Make sure to use the search feature and you will be fine.....most topics can be found on here and if not people are willing to help.

Don't get your hopes up. I'll give you a run down of how Empire operates:
1. Everybody says, "Ooh, when's a meet? I want to meet!"
2. Someone asks when people want to meet, what's a good day, etc.
3. Nobody responds, and those that do say, "That's not a good day."
4. No meet.
5. Repeat.
We are a big bunch of slackers. :( Hopefully we'll get something together this fall. I'm all for another meet at Palisades, Dave and Busters was good.

dood i work out of the best buy at the palisades mall :) I drive the geeksquad bug though for work.. so im very rarely there... But im stoked to know that someone knows around where i live :) hehe

hehe thanks goldie!!! sorry to have bothered you on myspace :) And id be down to go to a NW meet, given enough notice... =) Id really like to meet any of you guys :) I need some big pointers on what to do any where to go next!

Goldie likes to be bothered:poke: and you really would need ALOT of notice to go to a Northwest meet.....might take a while to drive across country;)

ya thats true... but i spent 10 days in san diego over the winter... given enough notice i dont believe id mind a drive there... geuss i just gotta start savin up some vacay time from work
