A Couple of things I thought of while talking to Rich about how to make the Apr 22nd meet bigger/better...

Go ahead and start thinking about places not far from the mall that would make for great group pictures, like parks, fountains, anything that would make a great background, but also wouldn't cost everyone a parking ticket like what almost happened in Orlando... i/expressions/laugh.gif

Second, go ahead and find a decent place (not fast food) to eat at that will accomodate everyone, which (hopefully) will be over 13-18 people if anyone brings friends. Espicially a place where we could talk club business all together in a big group at one table...

Third, make sure you car is nice and clean and ready to go, cause its meeting time!!!! i/expressions/happy.gif

Has anyone in the G-ville area thought of any places to eat that can accomidate us all?? Just wondering cause we may need to get reservations to sit us all. If we are getting there at 11 and leaving around 12:30 to eat then Resevations can be made for 1pm for a lunch thing or if we want to go later for a lunch dinner thing. Just want to give some heads up to all the G-ville members.

I think the Ben Hill Griffin stadium would be a good place for a group photo. There is a large grass lot which people normally park on during the games so I hope it would not be a problem.

Just make sure whereever we do eat, they have a 20 oz. steak!

Like in Orlando, I need my 20 oz. steak. Its not an official meet unless I have a 20 oz. steak!!! i/expressions/laugh.gif

Another thing, just remember I'm a Florida State fan, and I bet Bat is too. So if we get kinda nasty at Ben Hill Griffin, excuse us in advance!!! i/expressions/laugh.gif i/expressions/devil.gif

Well guess what Guido....
My system is better than EVER. We can sit and watch the dvd's in the freshly fiberglassed screen(in the dash that is), lay back the fresh smelling LEATHER seats, open the sun roof and BAMMM, who ever said car entertainment wasn't GREAT!!!!!!!!

I have a few good ones myself that I will probably watch on the way down. Gone in 60 seconds probably, I have a few more but time is limited from Lake City to Gainseville.

Hey Superman, if any of the old PS1 games work for the PS2 (not sure if they do but think they do) I'll have to bring some of my games too.

Hmm, got two controllers and do PS1 memory cards work on a PS2?
