I've been researching German suspension kits for the Mondeo II that would be compatible with the Cougar. I'm having trouble finding what Mondeo is comparable to the Contour. At Weitec's site (http://en.weitec.com/produkte/ultra.php), if you look up Ford, there are 2 different Mondeos, the "Limousine" and "Turnier." What do those names mean? Are they body styles, like coupe, sedan or wagon?

Thanks alot,

Nick

Thanks, I've done a lot more searching since I posted and I pretty much figured it out. The 4 door (Limo) and hatchback (?) will work. But not the wagon (Saloon or Turnier).

what suspension parts are you looking for?

I can tell you the front LCA's are identical [they also have the 2bolt and 4bolt versions]. Are you looking into springs and struts?? I have a sneaking suspicion that they are identical but I've never seen any conversation on the topic.

Yes, I'm looking into springs and struts. There are many more offerings in Europe for the Mondeo II. Most of them are complete kits too (springs with matched struts). Like the Koni kit we have here, but that's our only option.
