Hi,
I'm selling my new refurbished T3 Super60 turbo and my used Spearco 2-252 water-air intercooler. I know that I don't have alot of posts on this forum, but I am very active on the Contour.org forums (http://www.contour.org/ubbthreads/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=zetecperf).

$400 including shipping - T3 Super60 turbo with water cooled center section, 2000 degree coated turbine housing, and stainless steel hot side hardware. (The ceramic coating is worth $50 alone!)

It is a new refurbished turbo. It has a .60 A/R cold side and a .48 A/R hot side. It flows up to 475CFM which is good for 330HP. I didn't have the swingvalve ceramic coated because I was planning on replacing it with a high-flow stainlees unit from ATP Turbo. Also, I'll replace the wastgate actuator hose before shipping. It was too short after re-clocking the turbo.

Here are some larger pictures... 1 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_large.jpg), 2 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_0.48_CU.jpg), 3 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_0.60_CU.jpg), 4 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_coated_housing.jpg), 5 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_compressor_t.jpg), 6 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_laying_down_.jpg), 7 (http://images5.theimagehosting.com/T3S60_turbine_top.jpg)

$200 including shipping - used Spearco 2-252 water-air intercooler

I bought it off of a guy that originally had it on his 2.3L turbo Ford. (You can see a little oil residue on the inlet side). It has a 6"x3.5"x3.75" core. It flows 450CFM with only 0.25psi pressure drop. Combined with the turbo, it is a perfect match. Also, this is a true Spearco intercooler. It's not some generic ebay piece of crap. ;)

Sorry about the red X's. I don't know what is wrong with my image hosting service.

BTW, the links to the larger pictures still work just fine...

That's unfortunate that you are no longer going turbocharger.
I was looking forward to sharing some tuning knowledge.

Is the turbo ball-bearing?
I could get rid of the integral wastegate right?

I'm looking for $625 shipped.

I got a good deal on a Focus SVT JRSC. I'm planning on using that until I get the block and MXT built. Then I'll be going with a GT3071 or a GT3076.

The turbo isn't ball bearing. BUT it is water cooled. There will be a little lag because it isn't ball bearing, but if you are using the water-air intercooler, you also won't have to charge all that extra plumbing.

You could get rid of the internal wastegate, but if you went with something like the ATP Stainless swingvalve (http://www.atpturbo.com/root/releases/release103105.htm), it wouldn't be an issue. Plus you get a much smaller setup for easier packaging. No extra plumbing (and cost) for an external wastegate.

If you are interested, please email me at buttonpuncher@gmail.com.

Thanks,
Ben

I finally fixed the pictures. I also dropped the price. Lowest that I'm gonna go before it goes on ebay. ;)

That's kind of funny, I saw this and was thinking about using it in my '85 XR-7, a 2.3L turbo ford ><

Well, you are in a really good location. Supersnail Fabrication (http://www.supersnailfab.com/) is in NY an makes some of the most incredible turbo Zetec manifolds that I've seen. Also TurboTom (http://www.focus-power.com/view.php?showme=Contact_Information) isn't too far away. He could send you a base tune to get you running. Then just prop the wastegate open and drive down for a complete dyno tune.

Here's some more info on the Supersnail headers, downpipes, and intakes...

V6? This is what you want...

Contour/Mondeo/Cougar Turbo Kit (http://www.nautilusperformance.com/id76.html)

BTW, I was pretty surprised to see this thread resurrected too. LOL!

I will be selling a GT28R and header as soon as I get pix if there are any Zetec guys reading this. ;)
