Grey cougar spotted

Body kit, Dual exaust (huge) fenders, nice hood. Seen at sams club on monday. i was trying to go to talk to him but i didnt have a chance cuz i was working. it looked very nice. license plate was somthing like bayern 4. is this a member?

there are no cougars where i live, well except mine, but still, theres like 5 within 100 miles, and they all are stock

i have seen ALOT of cougars in newport news, only 3 of them are moded

i've seen three XR Red ones on base. two of them are owned by the same person with diff plates. too bad i never see the owners. they look real nice and clean.
