I have headers, test-pipe and a magnaflow catback and its not TOO loud but it does make some noise but its perfect for me.

2.3 is a pretty good 60-foot time. Install that exhaust.

When it either A) stops raining or B) i get access to a lift it will be installed :)
Also, the heat is keeping me from putting it on

Seems like a pretty good trap. I ran a 15.8 in my cougar with an exhaust and intake and trapped the same. What are you shifting at? Maby your shift time needs to be improved as well. The cougar is geared really crappy for the 1/4 mile. That 3rd to 4th shift at the end robbs so much from the run. Try practicing shifting more quickly, if you can gain a tenth of a second on each shift that's a 3 tenths faster time which is probably about max for that setup iirc.
Also try to take out the spare tire (if you didnt') and that mat that lays over it. You could also take a couple psi out of your tires to give u a better grip at the line.

thanks for the tips~yeah 1st thing is my Launch sucks~yes my shifting sucks~but as for the other 2 suggestions, done and done :) Took out the spare tire a long time ago~gave away the jack @ the prefest mod meet and the tire, i dont know where the hell it went. as for tire pressure, i took out about 8psi outta the front

Yea, it's an auto but that was my first run ever. I got it down to a 17 flat, and am now running a measly 16.5. I'm quitting.

16.5 with headers, exhaust, SVT UIM, SVT TB, and CAI? That seems terrible, even for an automatic. I'd expect at least a high 15, or am I mistaken ?
My best run with just a Short Ram, SVT TB and UIM is a 16.8.
