Get a 15mm wrench and a pan and get under the car. The oil drain plug is facing the back of the car near the y pipe. You can't fit a socket on it because the stock y pipe comes too close so you need a 15mm wrench. Pull it out and drain the oil into the pan. Replace plug when done. You can get at the filter from under the car in front of the engine. Keep the pan under it and pull it off. The oil will dump out around the filter so catch what you can. Fill the new filter about half way up with oil and put oil around the rubber ring with your finger. Install the new filter. Fill the car up with 5.5-6 qts of oil and you are good to go.

Also, be sure to check that the seal from the old oil filter came off with the filter and isn't stuck to the engine.

Just a couple of additions/suggestions regarding the above:

(1) It's a good idea to leave the drain plug removed until AFTER the old oil filter is removed. The reason is sometimes oil is trapped in the oil galleys due to the vacuum created with the filter on. Just look at the additional small gush of oil from the drain plug once the filter's removed.

(2) It's not harmful but, it's also not necessary and can be damn messy to fill or partially fill the new oil filter with oil before replacing it. The second or two it takes to build engine oil pressure after a change is negliable as long as you keep the engine at idle for a few seconds after initial start up.
