how do i relax the timing chains?
how do i remove the crank shaft sproket? (SVT parts going in)
is it possible do do with the motor in?
how do i set the timing? are the SVT cams marked 30 degrees wrong?
special tools?

http://www.fordcds.com They're in torrent files, read the FAQ at the top of that page to figure out how to use torrent files if you don't already know how.

you can do it with the motor in, but it would be eleventy billion time easier to do with it out, esp messing with the timing. I just got done doing this and itd be a PITA
