That's Wed. April 11/01. Let's say, 7:00-7:30pm at Tim Horton's (Hwy. 27 & Carrier Drive, between Albion Rd. and Finch Ave., across the street from Summit Ford). It's usually pretty quiet there, so they'll be lots of parking and lots of seats for everyone who plans on coming. Hope to see some more guys/gals come out!

Rastaman,

if you're heading East (say from 404), take the 401 West to the Hwy. 409/Belfeild Rd. exit. Get off on Belfield and take it to Hwy. 27. Take Hwy. 27 North and keep going. The first set of lights past Finch is Carrier Drive. You'll see Tim Horton's on your left just before you hit Carrier Drive. There's a McDonald's, Value Villiage, White Rose, Nickels and some other stores in the same strip mall.

As usual, no go for me. I'm going to visit my g/f in guelph, and as she's in exams right now and I'm working nights for the next little while, this is the only chance I can get. Sorry! As nice as you guys are, I really doubt any of you are half as pretty as she is! I should be free next Tuesday or Wednesday night, though.

Don't think I can make it wednesday either. I work until 10:30pm during the week, so it's kinda tough. If anybody wants to meet on the weekend, i'm free!

Yeah, we have to do it on Sundays, that way I can make it out too. Weeknights are no good for me, I work until 10:30pm everynight(because of damn school! i/expressions/mad.gif ) Anyways, if you guys want to start meeting on Sundays, i'll be there every week!

If sundays are going to become the norm, you can count on seeing me about 30% of the time, which is better than my current attendance record!

Gunmetal,
If you don't know what it is, then chances are you are one! Welcome to the club! (it's a somewhat offensive term for anyone not Italian. Something to do with eating cake as we can't stomach "real" Italian food)

9LIVEZ

actually, the term originated like this:

"English" bread (for lack of a better term) for example, Wonder Bread etc. is really light and fluffy (like cake) when compared to Italian bread which is a little more dense and "chewy" lets say with a hard crust. Hence the term "manga cake" = eat cake or cake-eater. It can be derogatory depending on the context, but what do you expect from a bunch of wops?! i/expressions/laugh.gif Actually, to be honest with you......my non-Italian friends use that term 1000x more than my Italian friends do, even the "manga cake" ones! i/expressions/wink.gif

Hey, I was born and raised here in T.O so I guess technically I'm a "caker" too! i/expressions/laugh.gif Just call me UNICEF......I embrace all nations!! i/expressions/tongue.gif

Wow, that was a completely different explanation than I thought I was going to get. I was reading "Manga" in the Japanese comic sense.

Bluestreak,
Glad to see you on our board! See you tonight!

Do it on the weekend! i/expressions/wink.gif I can't make it any night during the week, saturdays and sundays are the only days I can make it out. i/expressions/frown.gif
