I thought Id give you a tip on making these better if you plan on making more. Don't use those blue wire terminals. They suck. You have to torque the screw down really tight to get a good grip on the stock 02 wires. Its a real pain. Just use wires to connect them. Possibly include butt connectors with a purchase. Its a lot easier and also makes the product a little smaller.

Yeah, I used the screw down terminals when I made mine as well, and I wish I would have just used a short length of or wire. Plus without the terminals it makes it a lot easier to wrap them up and make them water tight.

You guys have a good point and I kicked the idea around both ways. Here's the dilemna, I want this to be simple enough for the guys who are scared of wiring so that they can just cut the wire blindly based on a picture and screw it in. I would prefer to make them just straight wires coming out, it would be easier to build and cheaper to make / sell. I'm not sure though.... I just want it simple for people.

What if the wires were color coded. Then I would think a simple diagram would be all it would take to make sure all went well with the connections. I mean it already looks like you have colored screws.

No, it's the light the way they hit the screws :) It's not the color coding I'm worried about, it's the splicing of wires. Once thing I've learned is that engine guys are not wiring guys and wiring guys are not engine guys. I want to keep it simple for them.
