well i am just waiting on my leave paperwork to be signed . i already bought my plane tickets.....$1193 roundtrip from korea to savannah and back. i arive aug 14th and head back to korea sep 11th.

when and if my wife lets me tinker with the car , i plan on installing the b&m shifter and the hi flo cat. I am even half tempted to install the kit on the car and drive it liek that to the body shop to get a quote so they dont freeak out when they see the kit. hopefully i cna get my xcal 2 ordered. i need my ecu code so i order the right one? adam aaron want to help me out on that? so i order the right one?

also i was wondering if u could help out the wifey with getting my car out of storage when i get back and possible julie able to drive her? i'll buy another clutch lol espically since she got in an accident with her car. thanks guys ur all awesome i 'll see ya soon.

We are gonna do a bunch of stuff to Brent's car this weekend. We are putting a SVT TB and NX wet kit on. We are gonna put some GC's on. If i have time i might even try to paint his kit, and we'll put that on sometime next week. So whenever you get home just let me know, and you can ride over and we can do a bunch of stuff to your car too. We should be puttin' a turbo kit opn a 350Z sometime within the next couple weeks...that should be fun. lol

I have a compressor, a spray gun, and a 500sq. ft. garage that can be made "clean enough" to paint in. :)

well for now i am going to plan on getting a xcal 2 , order the prp later when i have extra cash. install the hi-flo cat, b&m shifter, the #24 inj, tunes it and steal ur 65 tb...

Soooooooo do you offer to paint parts? Or would the individual have to paint there self? Or only at mod meets and stuff?

I'd prefer to only paint parts for myself. I mean i have really only painted twice now. I think my stuff has turned out very good considering that fact, but if someone would like me to i would have no problem with trying to paint there stuff...for cheap...as long as they don't get mad if i mess up :rofl:

very easy, go to any auto body supply store, they should be able to mix the paint there. look in the yellow pages under autobody supplies. i highly reccomend dupont...

It was his sister-in-law, and we sold it about two months ago. But, how many people can say they drive a purple car? Not many, can always pick it out in a crowd. Whats funny is after we sold it, I saw it at a little car lot one day. A couple of days later Steph said she saw it at our landlords house which isn't that far from our house. The new owner was doing the roof of my landlords house. Small world!

Yall are just wrong! Haiting on the BLURple car!! It only looks purple in direct sunlight.

That is what I was stuck with so just have to work with it. And I am not going to cof up thousands just to get it repainted (although it does need a touch up here and there).

And what makes it so hard to match - itsnt it just the same as the color code or what not?

Would you mind explaining the stages please? Do you mean you repaint it 3 times? And if there were stages couldng I just call a dealer and ask them?

a tri-stage paint color means there are 3 different coats that you apply. you have your base coat then you have your metalics or pearl, then you have your clear coat. i dont remember if mb is a tri color or not.
