I've been to 2 shops in the Clifton Park area to get my wheels balanced and new tires mounted. Both Firestone and Tire Warehouse managed to scratch or chip my 18 wheels.
Please recommend me to a good tire shop in the Albany area that will respect my wheels.

I go to The Tire Center in Johnstown. It's far away from you, but they've been good to me. They're about 15 minutes north of exit 28 on the Thruway. Talk to Joe or Joey.

Jimmy, I used Broadway Auto in downtown Albany. They've been great for me both times. They have a road force balancer machine- and the owner is extremely knowledgeable of cars. This should sum it up for you- I actually trusted them to leave the cougar last summer while they did a front end alignment. They're awesome!! I just had them do an alignment on the touareg too!
