Thought this would be as good as any place to post this…I did not find another thread regarding this.
Should I reset my comp after installing a new IMRC box? My mechanic says no, he says it is just a plug and play, but I have read otherwise. If so, do I just pull some fuses…LOL!? :goofy:

I really wouldn't think you would have to but it only takes 5 mins anyway.

Ok, replaced and relocated my IMRC; I put it on the bracket that was holding up my AEM Short Throw Ram Air. Basically I put wires straight down the neck of the intake, then on the empty screw hole, which I think was there from the original air filter, I attached one side of the box, then I used the support bracket that was already there holding the ram air. Now I can drive the car for 3 hours, open the hood and touch the box without burning my hand, in fact, it only gets lukewarm.
PS: I have no engine lag anymore! :tongue:

Unfortunately I did not document it, but take it from me, it was extremely easy. If I get sometime I will try and light that area up and take a picture of the final product.
