(1) Bottle of DOT4 Synthetic Brake fluid
(ALL) Necessary fasteners and washers for installation
For this bulk buy the price will start at $850 Dollars SHIPPED, that's up to $400 cheaper than the competition.
Whats the difference between the BP10 and BP20 pads?
The BP10 "Smart Pad" is a medium friction compound suited for street and strip use or light track days. It has very consistent torque characteristics throughout a wide temperature range but retains low noise and dusting for every day use. Best option for street cars that may occasionally auto cross, but are not serious track cars.
The new BP20 is more aggressive than the BP10, expect more noise, dusting, and somewhat shorter life. The benefit is better braking when up to temperatures and an increased ability to resist overheating at higher temperatures, while sacrificing some cold temperature bite. This pad is at its best between 500*F and 1000*F This is a great option for the weekend racer, but civil enough to drive to and from the track on.
Payments will accepted through Pay Pal or Via Money Order. Pay Pal users add %3 for paypal fees. We will run this bulk buy for 30 days. We will begin accepting payments in 2 weeks.
Feel free to post any questions after reading the development thread found here: http://www.newcougar.org/forums/showthread.php?t=95562

hey it says black powder coat, can we pay more for red? I think your development thread said you could! What if we want rear brakes too? you guys have a rear brake kit too?

I will check on Read, there is not currently a rear kit, if things go with this kit well we may pursue a rear kit as well as well.

The rear kit would be more of a cosmetic upgrade anyways, since something like 70-75 percent of the braking force is generated from the front brakes.
Kit looks good, I will know within a week when I'll have the cash money for it. ;)

I have to say I was very impressed with VOA's kit and they were very helpful answering questions.
unfortunately the timeframe of this groupbuy isnt within my budget, but I will almost certianly pick them up at a slightly later date.
+1 for a matched rear setup!!!!!!!!

well I get a nice settlement check coming to me on the 31st of July for "semi" being laid off (my boss sold his assets to another company so he has to lay us off and they are rehiring us) So I am intrested, but if I get it I would want a rear setup as well because it would look wonky with wilwood calipers up front and super small stockies in the back! I also would need red calipers! I would also like too know what the additional shipping cost would be too Vancouver, BC, Canada, if there was any!
given the right awnsers I'm 50% in as long as something bigger and better doesn't come along!

We have considered a rear kit, but it will not be offered right now as stated. If we get a solid commitment after this bulk buy we will look into it.

Just as an FYI, I wanted to point out that this is probably one of the BEST companies I think that have ever produced something for our car. Not only did they FIRST develope a product before trying to get people's money for it, they made sure it was ready to prototype at the largest Cougar event of the year. ALSO they SHOWED UP at the event! What other company has ever done that for their first part for our cars? None that I can think of. So if anyone is even considering a brake upgrade for their car, these are the guys to go with.
If I had money, I would be all over this!

how much will it cost to replace the rotors/pads in the future (because of wear and tear) and how many miles or how long do you think a regular use daily driver could run these things before needing new rotors/pads. thanks

Rotors are SVT Focus so you have an insain number of options, pads are 49-79 depending on compound, the BP10's should run like any performance pad, it is impossible to state a longevity because it WILL VARY if you auto X, livei n hills, drive 25,000 miles a year, or only go to car shows. BP20's as stated will be a shorter life, but they are SO new that I cannot say for sure HOW much shorter.

I was feeling really bad for these guys they spent a lot of time, money, and energy bulding this awesome kit and no one was jumping on it. Hopefully the sales will start rolling in for them.

I'm in the same shoes, I want a big brake kit, but I'm getting an air bag suspension kit this month and no funds will be left by me... plus I litterally just did a brake change on my car (but the pads I used on the front smell like ass when I brake and they feel looser than my old brakes that squeeled....) so I still want the big brake kit in the near future, but this GB isn't going to be in my time frame I doubt.. probably going to be sometime in january seen as after I pay off my air bags christmas will be coming haha!

Hey guys, thanks for the continued support! We have been getting requests to offer just brackets, so here it is:
Brackets, brake lines, fasteners: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=280074535454
This allows you to compile calipers, pads, and rotors at your leisure and at the best price you can find instead of $900+ in one sitting. This is the final run of this kit, questions can be sent to: visiononeautosports@gmail.com
