After fest, I noticed oil was all over my engine bay after getting back to C-Bus. I put in the new DMD last week, so we thought it was the seal. We replaced the seal and I still think its leaking. I cant be for sure as it has been consistantly wet this week and it could just be water dragging the previous oil with it. But in case, can anyone think of anything else on the belt side of the car that might leak? All I did was install the new plugs, and the short ram at Cfest, wouldnt think any of those would ever be the cause.
Also, I got some coil over springs with my new suspension. The thing is, my dad and I have no clue on how to assemble these things. Looking at some pics, it looks like they should have come with o-rings and bushings, didnt get those either. Anyone have any suggestions?

None of those should cause it, but what about the valve covers? Oil pan?

Well, I guess I might have exagerated a lil. Oil isnt all over the engine bay, its on the lower side where the Damper Pulley is, and all over the subframe and inner tie rod. I have yet to check the oil pan, and i dont think it would be the valve covers but who knows.
Im keeping it under observation right now, it would just really help if this weather would stop sucking! That way I can dry off the frame and see if oil appears anywhere.

Keep track of your oil levels. It could be a number of things such as the axle (grease not oil then, but still kind of similar) or strut even. To rule out any part of the engine, keep checking the level of the oil.

Stupid Idea... maybe a loose oil filter or possibly a bad oil filter seal? I had one oil filter back off slightly and leak a little.
As far as ground control, I can answer probably any question you may have. I also have a set of GC off my car so I can take picture of how it should look assembled incase you need them. PM if you like.

Did you put silicone sealant on the keyway before installing the DMD? If you didn't oil will seep out through the keyway.

Im pretty sure my father did, I will check back with him on it though. My car just feels like overall butt now. Has anyone has any problems with spark plugs not working well with this enginge? I installed Bosch Platinums, only 1 tip. It feels like it idles hard now, and like its mis-firing. I probably need to replace the wires to, and I was thinking I should check the plugs to make sure they are in right and re-check the gaping.
Maybe its the shortram causing it to Idle funky, I need to pull my battery for 10 mins. I dunno, I will continue to work with it. Thanks for the input gentlemen!

Unless you have a vacum leak, its not the intake. I have had 4 different short rams on my two cougars, including that one and none of them have caused any type of issues.

I shouldnt have a leak. But I will verify this just incase. I do know that when I was driving to Defiance this weekend, the little temp sensor came out and I was apparently driving like that for who knows how long. That could explain that trip. I dunno, I will put it back in the shop and tool around with it more. *sigh*

The temp sensor is installed before the MAF, so that would not cause a problem.
