After much searching, I found an online shop that actually sells the real factory repair/maintenance manuals (not just the third-party Chiltons or Haynes that are sold through normal booksellers like Amazon.com):

Anyway, they're selling the 2001 Cougar Workshop Manual for $130 (!!!). Anyone have this (or one for the 99 or 00 Coug?). I'm an aspiring DIYer and I'm sure at this point it would be total overkill, but is this something that could be useful in the future, especially once a car goes out of warranty?
