We recently discovered none of capital neco is attending this year due to work, school and other reasons. What other chapters or people are not going?

Long Island NECO will not be there. I've been to 3 thus far, but have missed the last two. I hate growing up and having a real job.

AZ NECO will also be a no-show this year. We had two attendee's last year, Byrd (byrdman) and Jason (tunes). Byrd has lots of other stuff happening, and can't get the time off to go, and Jason is still deployed to Japan, and will be returning on the 15th.
I'm hoping that we can get some more folks over there next year though.

I don't think anyone from Empire will be there.
Those that defected to Canada don't count!
Even we're not going this year (the Canadian side of Empire that is). I've gone to four straight but just can't do it this year. Even though the last two years I was only there for half the time since I had a wedding back in NY on Saturday and the other I didn't get there until Friday night.
