Ok, I didn't see one of these threads yet, and since Fest is, um, tomorrow, I thought we could straighten this all out.
We need to decide where and when to meet, and know who all is meeting there so we don't leave anyone behind.
Andy suggested meeting at 3pm tomorrow somewhere outside of C-bus. I forget the "usual" spot, but it has worked in previous years, so if someone remembers, lets go there.
Post in this thread if you are joining the Caravan!!!

I'll be meeting you guys at the parking lot by Walmart as mentioned in the other thread.

As far as I know, I'm the only one from Keystone coming to meet you. I think Don (Ignernt) is coming too, by a post he made last night, but I'm not sure of his route or planning.

My Saturn threw a rod this morning, so I don't know WHAT's going on with me yet. I may still go...

W00t! That's awesome. I've actually wanted to meet you. Hope Don is able to come as well.

Sorry mang:
Wednesday, July 5th at 12:01am the online registration will END and those who haven't paid yet will be charged the late registraiton fee of $30 at the door.
Oh, and before i forget, if anybody else needs something hauled to fest but doesn't have enough room i can haul it for you. As far as i know the only things that will be in the bed of my truck so far is the bumper i'm hauling for Dan and a cooler for me. I still have a decent amount of room left. No trailers, though. I don't know how to drive with a trailer yet. Only stipulation is you'll have to find a way to get it to me at the meet point. I'm not running around to pick things up for everybody at their homes or what have you.

For anybody not familiar with the area we are meeting at or hasn't been there here's some directions Andy wrote up last year for us.
To get there from the north - take I-270 west to I-70 west, and take the first exit on I-70 (91B), Rome-Hilliard. Turn right at the first light, and you're there.

Chris - you can still register on-site; it just costs a little more. You could also just show up without registering. You wouldn't get a meal ticket or a t-shirt or anything, but you could hang out for the price of a hotel room.
You should go!

Also, after a careful consideration of our car situation, we have decided that I WILL be going with the rest of you on Thursday. The Saturn will just sit and drip in my garage until NEXT Saturday.

Actually, Wade, the arrow in your map is close, but not quite exactly where we meet. We meet in that big ass empty parking lot just to the left. I know because i can see that big ass sign in your overhead shot. See pics.

So they just charge an additional 30 dollars on top of the registration fee? What's the initial registration fee? What's all in the goody bag that's worth 30 dollars?

Thanks Brian...Andy did mention that it was the lower left parking lot, but I didn't update the google picture..lol.
Chris, I don't think it's 30 extra, just 30...10 dollars more than if you didn't register.

See everyone at the meeting point, but I will have to wait till later to actually leave for Fest. With everything I have going on right now I don't know if I will even be able to leave tommorow. I mean my cougar hasn't had a bath in weeks, and a proper wax since last fall.

No, not $30 on top of, $30 instead of. The "ahead of time" registration is $20, the "at the last minute" registration is $30.
I am planning on being there before 3:30 PM, but if I'm not there, don't wait. Like Dan, I've got a mess of things to do, and am doing my best to make the caravan since Krissy isn't coming with me this year, but I don't know if I'll get it all done in time.
Dang Andy, sorry about the Saturn :( Hope you can get that back on the road soon. I'd volunteer to help, but the next Saturday is kind of tight for me. If you need a hand, let me know, just in case.
