I have this post sort of in CEG but I wanted to post here so someone could use the pictures or information to help them with any questions. Also I want to give something back to this forum for all the information and help it has brought me to tackle this job.
I started my 3.0L swap a couple days ago. The Ford CD makes the swap a lot easier then anything else.

I broke the motor mount bolt trying to tighten it to 43Nm

Everything so far has gone well. I ran into a couple problems including that bolt breaking. I need buy a couple more gaskets that I didn’t think I would need like the crank seal on the timing cover, also the crank bolt that I didn’t know was a TTY
