Friday night Headlight Flasher display

OK, I'm reserving a line-up along the back row against the grass at the hotel on Friday night for Glow-off.

All vehicles with Headlight Flasher's installed in them should park side by side for a cool a$$ display. Make sure everyone brings their video cams for cool DVD footage.

Hmmm... that does make an interesting problem... I am scheduled to do the demo install on Saturday... If we can find someone else to get em installed on Saturday, then I can do yours early in time for Friday night.

You could do a temp install on BBOX's car just pull all 4 headlight fuses and use 4 fuse taps to input to each headlight, giv'er power and you got flashers.
Just a thought.

Wasted effort, if I'm going to install it, I'm not going to "re-install" it again for a demo the next day.

In building my circuit I have had to test it, there are four (4) fuses in the underhood compartment that I pull and use fuse taps to feed power to the headlights. It takes all of 30 seconds to take alligator clips to the battery and put the fuse taps in. Pretty Nifty. I however wont have my 99 at fest to display. I'll be crusin in the purple kitty to fest.

I understand the reason of not wanting to reinstall it, I was just trying to suggest an alternative to display another Excelcier equipped cougar during the glow-off.

I actually do have a one-off master prototype unit where I was able to acquire a set of male / female headlight connectors ( I wish I could get those in mass quantities! ) so I could actually install one in ANYONES car in about 1 minute flat for temporary purposes... hmmm.....

Sami, I'm game for an alternate type of car... no sweat for me! Isn't it a rental though? I dont know if they want me cutting into their stock wiring, plust that's a lot of work for an install just to yank it right out aftewards.

Ah yeah, I figured I'd be getting one from SOMEWHERE, tho. ;) I didn't give up on em, I just said she could use the prototype since I wasn't ready for the install yet... And I've got cash in hand for it whenever it goes in. =)
